Located between the Adriatic Sea and the only lake in Slovenia where both fresh and salt water combine, it offers a unique starting point in all seasons of the year. Piran is only a few minutes’ walk by the sea. In summer guests can indulge in a spacious beach with deckchairs, sun umbrellas and cabanas, and in cooler months they warm up in Wellness Barbara.
The rooms are bright and all of the are offering a magnificent view of the blue sea.
Together with our partner Adria Mobile Homes, we brought our ideas on the table and so Barbara Piran Beach Hotel & Spa became richer for the first Beach houses on the Slovenian Coast! Modern and spacious houses are only a few steps from the sea – imagine the morning, when you open your eyes and through thin curtains you see blue waves of the sea – directly from the bed? SUP and go!
The beach is large enough for everyone – with deck chairs and umbrellas it offers comfort and tranquility for our guests. Especially popular are comfortable cabanas, where you can rest with a light summer breeze and a cool of with a chilled bottle of sparkling wine.

Fiesa Bay is best known for two picturesque lakes, which were created as a result of excavating clay for the needs of the former brick factory. The small lake is located in a peaceful location just below the slopes and is freshwater. The second lake is larger and deeper and has been connected to the sea since 1963, which is due to the mixing of salt and fresh water. Both lakes are included in the inventory of the most important natural heritage in Slovenia, because they represent an important habitat of various animal and plant species, especially of about twenty endangered and rare species of dragonflies.
